What is Headlight Restoration?

Headlight Restoration is the process of restoring faded and oxidized headlights. Modern plastic headlights will come from factory with a protective UV coating. Overtime this coating will wear away. Harsh chemicals and UV rays will oxidize, turning the plastic lense yellow and will result in poor light brightness and output. It may also result in NCT/DOE failures!

Process:

• Headlights cleaned and wiped down

• Surrounding areas of the headlights masked off to prevent any damage during sanding.

• Multiple stages of sanding to remove oxidation.

• Multi stage machine polish to remove sanding marks and restore the best clarity possible

• Sealant applied to help prevent lights from future oxidation.

• Optional protection upgrade with ceramic coating.

• Ultimate long term protection in the form of Paint Protection Film (PPF). Clear and tinted headlight PPF available.
